Chores
Terms of use.
Agreement
These terms supplement the Apple Standard EULA for Chores. By using Chores, you agree to these terms and the Standard EULA. If they conflict, the Standard EULA controls.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 13 years old to create or use an account-backed Chores profile. You are responsible for access to your Apple and iCloud accounts and for activity performed through your Chores profile.
Family workspaces and content
You retain responsibility for content you add. You grant Chores the limited permission needed to store, synchronize, display, and process that content for you and the members of the selected family workspace. Do not upload unlawful content or content you do not have permission to share.
Purchases and subscriptions
- Remove Ads Forever is a non-consumable purchase that removes eligible Chores ads without unlocking Premium features.
- Chores Premium is an auto-renewable annual subscription that includes ad removal and the Premium features described in the app.
- Any introductory trial, current price, billing period, and renewal terms are shown by the App Store before purchase.
- Payment is charged to your App Store account. Subscriptions renew unless canceled through App Store account settings before renewal.
- Refunds, billing, restoration, and Family Sharing are administered by Apple and subject to Apple's policies.
Premium features may change as the product evolves, but an active subscription will continue to provide ongoing paid value. Existing family memberships, premium recurrence settings, rotations, and approved workload plans are not deleted merely because a subscription expires.
Advertising
Eligible free users on iPhone and iPad may see contextual inline ads. You can report inappropriate advertising from Chores Settings or the reporting page linked below.
Service changes and availability
Chores depends on Apple services such as iCloud, CloudKit, Sign in with Apple, notifications, and the App Store. Features may be unavailable during service outages, account restrictions, or network failures. We may update or discontinue features subject to the Standard EULA and applicable law.
